Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions

1.) a.) All Bookings are only confirmed when the Initial Booking Fee of £20 is paid.

b.) The booking Fee must be paid within 48 Hours of when the booking made or the booking date and package will be put back available to another client to hire.

c.) The booking fee Is non-refundable.

d.) In the unlikely event that binngs bouncy castle was to cancel your event due to adverse weather conditions or due to circumstances such as a natural disaster, The client reserves the right to use the booking fee against another booking if made within the following year of original booking.

Cancellation Policy.

b.) All booking Fees are non-refundable as they contribute to the administrative costs to making and confirming the booking. Please Refer to Booking conditions 1.)d.) for more information.

c.) Any Booking Cancelled up until the day before the hire will not occur any charge.

d.) Any Booking Cancelled on the day of hire will occur a 50% fee on the full hire price.

e.) Any Booking Cancelled When the equipment has arrived at the location without no prior notification will occur the full price hire fee.
